NOW Canada is happy to announce that as part of BC's Homeless Prevention Plan (HPP) we have been given a contract to offer the services of a Housing Outreach Worker! The Outreach Worker can work one-on-one with homeless or at-risk clients to help obtain safe secure housing and offer support during this process. As part of this contract, the Outreach Worker can also support our clients by providing rental supplements to help secure and /or maintain housing. We are excited to be able to offer another service to the community and look forward to helping house many more at need individuals!
