
AG House Transitional Housing Program
The AG Transitional Housing Program provides women with a safe, supportive living environment while they work toward long-term housing stability. The program is designed for women who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and who may be navigating the impacts of violence, trauma, substance use, and/or mental health challenges.
Through individualized support, residents are supported to build life skills, set personal goals, and move toward greater independence.

Our Approach
We use a trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and strengths-based approach. We meet women where they are at while maintaining clear expectations that support safety, accountability, and personal growth.
Participation Expectations
Residents are expected to actively engage in the program, including:

Contributing to a respectful and supportive shared living environment
Length of Stay
Length of stay is determined collaboratively based on individual goals, engagement, and housing readiness.
How to Apply
Access to the AG Transitional Housing Program is through an application and assessment process. Referrals may be accepted from community partners or through self-referral, depending on availability.
